As a neurodivergent clinician, she integrates lived experience with clinical expertise to support meaningful, sustainable lives. Her work includes published research, conference presentations, and contributing as an Expert Advisor for Understanding Zoe.

Rachael has a background in psychology, with Honours research exploring autistic traits and aphantasia. She has a strong interest in executive functioning and uses creative, client-led approaches to make everyday tasks more achievable. Rachael combines warmth with strengths in resource creation and collaborative problem-solving.

Yolande has over eight years of experience supporting neurodivergent children and adults to thrive. She builds authentic, trusting relationships and brings compassion, creativity, and respect to her work. Passionate about inclusion, she also advocates for more accessible, neuroaffirming healthcare through cross-disciplinary collaboration.

Alana is passionate about supporting neurodivergent adults and adolescents to live meaningful, fulfilling lives. With lived experience of ADHD, she creates a safe, collaborative, and non-judgemental space. Her approach is strengths-based, creative, and focused on joint problem-solving to support each person’s goals.

Alyssa is passionate about providing neuroaffirming care for neurodivergent clients. She creates a safe, supportive space, understanding how difficult it can be to feel heard by health professionals. With lived experience of neurodivergence and chronic illness, she brings empathy, using a collaborative and practical approach to support meaningful goals.
