Being a proudly neuro-affirming clinic, we want to make sure our services are right for you! Please proceed with this enquiry form if you meet the following eligibility criteria:
- You’re neurodivergent*
- You’re an adult (18+), or any age for Functional Capacity Assessments.
- We are currently not accepting individuals with complex behaviours. If this is you, we would recommend you seek services from a registered NDIS provider or specialist service to ensure the appropriate safeguards are in place.
- We don’t specialise in home modification, complex assistive technology, SIL and SDA (for NDIS clients), although we can assess whether you have a need for them. If you’d like to continue with us for our services, we can recommend other providers for these tasks. Please note we cannot guarantee they will be neuro-affirming.
*We recognise and support self-diagnosis and the array of neurodivergent and co-occuring conditions.
Hourly Rate: $193.99 (+10% GST for Private clients).

Session Duration & Billing:
- Initial Assessments: 1 hour and 30 minutes + 15 minutes NF2F*.
- Therapy Sessions: 45 minutes to 1 hour options available with 15 minutes NF2F.
- For a breakdown of other service costs (e.g., FCAs) please see our Services page and Pricing Information page.
- Other NF2F: Billed as needed and with consent. See examples below.
*NF2F = Non Face to Face
What We Charge For:
- Face-to-face sessions
- Non-face-to-face tasks related to your care, including:
- Clinical communication with you and your team (with consent)
- Report writing & assessment scoring
- Research (e.g., assistive technology, unique client needs)
- Therapy planning (if additional planning is required)
- Resource preparation (e.g., session materials, visual aids for home use)
- Provider Travel: Up to 30 minutes to and from your location (if you’re the last community client of the day).
Funding Options:
- Private
- NDIS (Capacity Building – Improved Daily Living) for Plan-Managed & Self-Managed clients
- Medicare (Chronic Disease Management Plan) – Requires a GP referral (we do not accept Better Access referrals)
- Health Insurance – Contact your provider to check OT coverage.
Cancellations & Fees
Appointment reminders are sent via text 2 days prior. While we strive to be flexible, short-notice cancellation fees may apply in some cases.

To help us manage our calendars smoothly and ensure you get the support you need:

Only book the number of sessions and the frequency that has been discussed with you by your practitioner or team contact.
